VK Tech Launches VK AI Space Platform for Custom AI Agent Development

VK Tech has unveiled its new platform, VK AI Space, designed for businesses to create and deploy custom AI agents. At the heart of this platform are large language models (LLMs), including proprietary developments trained on Russian data, as well as popular open-source models and machine learning algorithms tailored for computer vision and audio recognition.

The platform's integration with VK Tech's enterprise software enables companies to swiftly implement new AI scenarios into their operations, such as developing AI bots within VK WorkSpace. It comes equipped with a set of pre-existing AI agents designed for common tasks, including document preparation, meeting protocol generation, material translation, summarizing information, and searching corporate knowledge bases. VK AI Space has already been tested in real internal AI projects within VK.

A standout feature of VK AI Space is its ability to create isolated environments for each AI agent, allowing clients to specify access permissions and operational boundaries for their agents. Once a task is assigned, the agent autonomously plans its execution steps, utilizes available tools, and adapts to new information. Importantly, even if an error occurs, the AI agent cannot exceed its designated responsibilities, thus preventing potential harm to interconnected systems. Users can review the agent's actions and identify any mistakes at any time.

VK Tech emphasizes that these isolated environments will significantly reduce the time from pilot projects to actual implementation, enabling organizations to scale AI applications in a cost-effective manner. The platform can be deployed on clients' own infrastructure or through VK Cloud, and there is also an option for a subscription-based ready-made software and hardware complex.

This launch could reshape the market by providing businesses with advanced tools for AI integration, potentially increasing competition among tech firms aiming to develop similar capabilities.
