OpenAI Unveils Innovative AI Agent "Dots" at DevDay

During OpenAI's DevDay event, Sam Altman introduced an innovative AI agent known as "Dots." This new application, referred to as OpenClaw, features a user-friendly interface designed to enhance productivity. Dots operates continuously in the cloud, equipped with its own computer and browser, allowing users to interact via ChatGPT, SMS, Slack, Teams, or through voice commands. OpenAI has ambitious plans to develop entire teams of these agents in the future. Users have the option to name their dot and delegate a variety of tasks, ranging from booking flights to handling extensive projects. The agent can integrate with over 4,000 work applications and even gain access to the user's laptop. As it functions, the agent adapts to the user’s preferences, learning their work habits, decision-making processes, and standards for quality. This enables it to deliver completed tasks proactively. Importantly, the agent seeks confirmation from its user before executing actions that may impact accounts or involve sensitive information, such as password changes. Access to this new feature is available today for Pro subscribers and business clients. Will you consider using Dots?
