LG Electronics has launched a groundbreaking new line of QNED evo Mini LED televisions for 2026, featuring the impressive 115-inch model, the 115QNED92BU, which marks the largest QNED TV in the company's history. This colossal television is now available for pre-order at a price of $13,000.
Positioned at the high end of LG's LCD lineup, the 115QNED92BU stands just below the premium OLED and Micro RGB evo models. It boasts a 4K Mini LED panel, an Alpha 8 AI Gen 3 processor, and Precision Dimming Ultra for enhanced local dimming. Notably, LG has increased the number of backlight zones by 25% compared to last year's iteration, aiming to elevate the viewing experience.
The focus of this device is on picture quality and gaming capabilities. It incorporates Dynamic QNED Color Pro technology and supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) up to 165 Hz, alongside a 330 Hz Motion Booster mode for PC gaming at Full HD resolution. For console gamers, the television offers a 4K 120 Hz mode via HDMI 2.1.
The smart TV operates on webOS 26, which features integration with Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot for voice control and personalized recommendations. Additionally, it introduces dedicated sections for sports and gaming, providing users with match results, notifications, and access to cloud gaming services such as Nvidia GeForce NOW and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
This launch signals LG's commitment to pushing the boundaries of display technology, setting a high bar for competitors in the premium television market. The introduction of this large-scale QNED model may also prompt rival brands to enhance their offerings in order to keep pace with LG's innovation.
