Hisense has announced impressive results for the first half of 2026, showcasing advancements in key areas of its business. The company continues to focus on RGB MiniLED backlit televisions, expands its range of laser projectors and TVs, develops its smart home ecosystem, and increases local production in Russia while opening branded stores. Televisions remain Hisense's flagship products, with the company highlighting the successful mass production of RGB MiniLED models initiated in 2025. This included the launch of the 116-inch flagship UXQ television, which boasts over 95% coverage of the BT.2020 color space and a peak brightness of up to 8000 nits. The proprietary Hi-View AI Engine X processor enhances image processing by using artificial intelligence algorithms to adapt visuals to content type and lighting conditions, while the sound system is a collaboration with the French company Devialet. In 2026, the RGB MiniLED lineup expanded with the UR8S and UR9S series. The high-end UR9S is available in sizes from 65 to 85 inches, featuring a 4.1.2 audio system with a subwoofer, a gaming mode with a refresh rate of up to 170 Hz, and support for VRR and ALLM technologies. The more affordable UR8S series ranges from 55 to 100 inches, with claims of 100% coverage of the BT.2020 color space, a peak brightness of up to 3800 nits, and a refresh rate of up to 180 Hz. Further innovation was showcased at CES 2026 with the introduction of RGB MiniLED evo backlighting, which employs four types of LEDs, including a new Sky Blue element, allowing for improved cold tone reproduction, enhanced image naturalness, reduced energy consumption, and decreased eye strain. The lineup includes ultra-short throw models for stationary use, such as the Hisense PX3-PRO, and laser TVs like the Hisense L9QD, available in screen sizes from 100 to 150 inches. A standout product in this category is the Hisense XR10 laser projector, featuring TriChroma technology, capable of producing up to 6000 lumens and projecting images up to 300 inches diagonally, with support for Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, and a contrast ratio of 60,000:1. Additionally, Hisense plans to launch the ultra-short throw PX4 PRO laser projector in Russia, which will succeed the PX3 PRO, boasting increased brightness and contrast. Alongside television advancements, Hisense is expanding its home appliance range, integrating them with the ConnectLife app. The Hisense 7i series for laundry care features washing and drying machines that communicate for optimal cycle management. In the refrigeration segment, the Kitchen Fit series is designed for minimal gaps, featuring models with vacuum storage zones that keep food fresh for up to ten days, and a flagship refrigerator with a 21-inch touchscreen and recipe inventory. The company continues to enhance its kitchen appliance offerings, including self-cleaning ovens, induction cooktops, air fryers, and inverter microwaves. Hisense is also focused on increasing its presence in the Russian market, opening shop-in-shop spaces where customers can experience the quality of TVs, compare projector models, and test audio systems. The first such location opened in Samara last year, with two more established in Moscow in 2026. Furthermore, Hisense announced the launch of contract assembly of televisions in the Kaluga region, aiming to reduce delivery times, increase product availability, and ensure a stable supply of models in the Russian market, with a goal of achieving 30% local production in the future. This growth strategy positions Hisense to strengthen its market presence and enhance competitiveness against rivals in the consumer electronics sector.
