Acemagic Unveils Mini-PCs Inspired by Classic Gaming Consoles

Acemagic has revealed a series of new mini-PCs at CES 2026, drawing inspiration from iconic gaming consoles such as the Sega Dreamcast, original PlayStation, and Nintendo Entertainment System. One standout model, named the Board 3 Dual-C Retro Style, features a design reminiscent of the Sega Dreamcast and PlayStation 1, complete with a circular element mimicking a top-loading disc drive and multiple input/output options.

This mini-PC is powered by the latest AMD Gorgon Point platform, featuring a Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor with 12 cores and 24 threads, alongside integrated Radeon 890M graphics. The system is capable of supporting up to 64GB of SO-DIMM RAM and can house two PCIe 5.0 NVMe drives with a maximum capacity of 4TB each.

With dimensions of 140 x 128 x 40.8 mm and a volume of approximately 0.73 liters, the compact design also boasts connectivity options including Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. However, Acemagic has yet to announce the pricing or release date for these innovative devices.

As the market for retro-themed technology continues to grow, Acemagic's entry may intensify competition among hardware manufacturers, appealing to both nostalgic gamers and tech enthusiasts looking for stylish and powerful mini-PC options.
